Laser Welding Full Flat Plate Solar Collector
The design and materials used in the absorber have a significant impact on the panel¡¯s performance. TALENSUN flat plate solar collector uses very high quality copper elements, and the Blue Coating surface permits absorption of the sun¡¯s rays even in overcast weather. The thermal glass with low iron content is sealed by using heat-resistant rubber seals. The panel is thoroughly insulated by using fibre glass to limit heat loss, and the frame is made from anodized aluminium. With textured aluminium sheet on the rear side, the total design is extremely resistant to atmospheric impacts and temperature oscillations.
